Course Description

Learn the basics of knitting lace by making two lacy sachets! These pretty bags will introduce two lace stitch patterns, as well as cast-on that is flexible enough to allow the beautiful scalloped edges to show.

Supplies

At least 100 yds. of fingering weight cotton or linen yarn (Brown Sheep's Cotton Fine is a good choice), size 4 needles, one size 2 needle if you have it, and something to mark your place on a chart. (You may bring double-points if you are comfortable knitting in the round. Otherwise, straights or circulars are fine).
